Gravelled and patio garden with furniture and Electric BBQ The house is secure on its own grounds, patio and lawn to the front with gates. The back of the house over looks farmland and is secure with fencing but we would advise small children not be left to play unsupervised in the rear garden area.

Terms and Conditions / House Rules

Check-in after 16:00 / Checkout before 10:00

We try to be as flexible as possible and if you arrive early and the property is free and prepared, we can check you in early. If your property is mid-preparation we will let you drop your luggage at your property and let you know as soon as it is ready.

  • No-smoking/no Vaping inside the property.

  • No pets allowed.

  • When you arrive you will see that this home has been lovingly cared for and we hope you too will enjoy and respect it.

  • Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number.

  • Neighbours are to be respected

  • House parties, party groups, or large gatherings are not allowed at the property.

  • On vacating: The house is to be left as you found it - tidy & furniture back in its original place. All trash and perishables must be disposed of, waste bins are provided onsite.

  • Towels provided for your use are NOT beach towels / make-up removers etc.

  • Cot and highchair is available but must be booked in advance

  • Electric Vehicles (EV) these should not be charged at the home unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Payment Terms

  • IF BOOKING IS MADE MORE THAN 8 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DATE  20% PAYMENT TAKEN.
  • 100% PAYMENT  WITHIN 6 WEEKS OF ARRIVAL.
  • IF BOOKING IS MADE LESS THAN 8 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DATE  100% PAYMENT TAKEN.
  • BOOKING CANCELLED IF NO PAYMENT WITHIN 6 WEEKS OF ARRIVAL.
  • DEPOSIT IS REFUNDED IF CANCELLATION IS MORE THAN 6 WEEKS FROM ARRIVAL DATE
